1. Job Description - Home Care Support Worker:
Home Care (Domiciliary Care) Support Worker!
At JOGHIDE Home Care Ltd, the trusted name in Domiciliary Care provision, we are looking for dedicated Home Care Support Workers to become part of our growing and reputable Care Provider, Team.
We are looking to recruit reliable and committed Home Care Support Workers, to provide Person-Centred care support to adults to enable them to remain living in the comfort of their own homes within the communities in:
Hereford, Herefordshire.

Some Key Responsibilities and Duties of a Home Care Support Worker include, amongst others:
Providing Person-Centred Care to a range of clients, in line with their individual Care Plans
Supporting Clients to maintain their Personal Hygiene
Domestic Duties and Managing Incontinence.
Accompanying clients to appointments.
Food & Drinks preparation & Nutritional Support.
Supporting Clients to take their medicines
Requirements needed to become a Home Care Support Worker at JOGHIDE Home Care Ltd., include;
- Provision of a satisfactory DBS and References.
- Full clean valid driver’s license and own transport are desirable but not essential.
- No qualifications needed but it would be highly advantageous if you have worked in care before.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within JOGHIDE Home Care Ltd for an experienced Domiciliary Care Deputy Manager/Care Coordinator to join our budding, but growing Domiciliary Care Team in our Herefordshire Branch in Hereford.

Some of your Key Responsibilities within this role include:
To assist the Registered Manager in all aspects of care management.
Contribute to the development and growth whilst ensuring JOGHIDE Home Care commitment to quality at all times
Contribute to the research, sales, and development of new areas of services provision
Actively promote and sell the services of JOGHIDE Home Care Community Services
To assist in the recruitment of Care Workers observing current JOGHIDE Home Care Policies and Procedures.
To maintain accurate records for Care Workers and Clients. Record relevant details of all new Clients and Care Workers according to JOGHIDE Home Care policy and keep all records updated using the computer and manual systems.
Produce accurate care worker rota’s on a weekly basis, ensuring all calls are covered
Observe legislative requirements according to the Working Time Regulations.
Observe Service User and Care Worker confidentiality.
Accurately and appropriately match Care Workers to Clients.
Become competent in all areas of office management with exceptions only at the Registered Managers discretion.
Produce data/reports as required.
You will be responsible for monitoring of care worker compliance with quality care support delivery in line with legal requirements and Company Policies and Procedures in the Communities while highlighting concerns/complaints and reporting complaints outside your job scope/competence to the Registered Manager for prompt guidance and proactive solutions/resolutions.
