If you cannot attend or no longer need an appointment, please inform us in advance. We require at least 2 hours notice prior to your appointment start time.

Mistakes do happen and the Practice understands that appointments can be forgotten about or overlooked. In such cases, the Practice will take into account the reason given by patients.

Preference, of course, is for the Practice to know in advance so we can offer the appointment(s) to another patient in need.

NEW!! Families can now Register & Book activities on a online portal for Walsall’s Best Start Family Hubs!

Walsall’s Best Start Family Hubs are rolling out a new, easy-to-use system for families with children under 5 to book activities, cancel, subscribe to find out about information and events happening in their local area and so much more!

The new system is being rolled out following feedback from families who have asked for easier ways to find out what’s on and what their nearest Family Hub can offer.

Registration takes approximately 5 minutes, and you only need an email account to get started.
