On Thursday I was lucky enough to attend a beautiful space where woman came together and held space for each other. It was a beautiful experience, the energy in the room was absolutely on fire 🔥

We went on a meditation journey, we drummed, we laughed, we shared thoughts and experiences then most of all we all held space for each other and let each other just BE with no judgement just LOVE🫶🏽🥰🫶🏽

This is an amazing example of how us women hold each other up, help each other shine our light, support and comfort each other and most of all just sit in circle and hold space 💚
