This morning I went to an urgent appointment as the client was in discomfort with a very tender big toe.
They are now feeling relief.
This is the ingrown nail spike I removed from the inner side of their big toe (photo in comments) they were very grateful.

West Midlands Foot Health Conference 2025.
Its been a fabulous day in Birmingham, filled with great energy & good vibes.
Its been very insightful.
There were amazing speakers. Interesting topics.
Including Foot care for the elderly, foot care of diverse skin tones & the difference in appearance of skin conditions & wounds on different skin tones. The effects of obesity on foot health and much more.
Thank you to the host of the event, Adele & to all the speakers & trade stands.
I did enjoy a little business 🛍 shopping 😍.
