✨Yesterday I was deeply saddened to hear the news of the passing of one of our lovely ladies —
someone I had only spoken to in the clinic just two weeks ago. 🤍
She was open and honest about her struggles with her mental health, and to hear that she took her own life while pregnant, and was
already a mommy to another little one, has left me absolutely heartbroken ❤️
This has really reinforced something I’ve wanted to do for a long time — to create a safe space for
mommy’s and mommy’s to be to talk, to offload, or simply to not feel alone 🫶🏻
So, starting next Wednesday, I’ll be hosting a Mother’s Meet-Up from 1pm–3pm. This is for anyone, whether you’re struggling, not struggling, need a rant, don’t feel able to talk to loved ones, or just want to sit with other mommy’s who understand.
It’s completely free, relaxed, confidential, and non-judgemental. There’s no pressure to talk — you can just come, listen, and have a cup of tea and some snacks 🥰

I want to be clear — I’m not trained in mental health. I’m simply a mommy, a single mommy, who has struggled and still struggles at times. Sometimes we all just need someone to listen, without judgement. ❤️
This space is for us mommy’s and mommy’s to be — because we’re all in this together. Please be
kind. You never truly know what is going on in someone’s head or behind closed doors.
