Massive congratulations to Jay, who’s passed his driving test 🚗✨

This is such an amazing achievement. Learning to drive takes patience, confidence and a lot of determination, and Jay has shown all three in bucketloads. For him, this isn’t just about driving, it’s about independence, freedom and doing something he worked hard to achieve.

We’re so proud to have been able to support Jay along the way, cheering him on and believing in him as he reached this milestone.

Well done, Jay — enjoy the road ahead! 👏

💎 A powerful day for co-production at Dignus Group.

Today, the Dignus Diversity Diamonds came together for a formal meeting and the energy in the room was incredible 🤩

The group have been working hard sharing ideas, shaping priorities, and setting actions that will help steer the future of our services.

We’re also proud to announce the election of our two Co-Production Chairs: Casey and Jay – a choice made entirely by the Diamonds themselves. Their leadership reflects exactly what this group is about: voice, choice, and genuine partnership.

It’s inspiring to see such commitment and enthusiasm from everyone involved. This is co-production in action and it’s only the beginning! 🙌🏻
