Ayurvedic (Abhyanga) Balance Bodywork and Prana Meditation with a strong emphasis on a therapeutic and meditative way of gentle but deep precise massage strokes concentrating on Marma points and the practice of Reflexology. Technique:

My work involves a mixture of various techniques tailored to your body including lymphatic drainage, deep and soft connective tissue manipulation, swedish, joint release techniques, assisted yoga stretches/ yoga massage, energetic release and breath work. Benefits:
