We’re delighted to introduce our newest (and fluffiest) team member — Ruby, the sweetest little puppy who popped into Caremark Wandsworth and instantly won our hearts 💙

Ruby reminded us that care is not just about tasks and routines — it’s about comfort, companionship, and connection. Sometimes, a gentle presence, a curious nose, or a pair of kind eyes can brighten a day more than we realise.

Here are five delicious, water-rich foods that can help boost hydration and overall well-being:
