I know that I mention this a lot, but it’s really important to make sure you’re getting enough vitamin D, especially from October to March when we don’t produce enough from sunlight in the UK. Vitamin D plays a key role in maintaining healthy bones (among other things - see this BBC article published today) and therefore helps reduce the risk of osteoporosis (important for us ladies in the menopause).

November roundup (bit late, I know)🌞 The month went so quickly I still can’t believe it’s over! It was a busy one with a few short trips, a fully booked CAM Aromatherapy calendar and as always I am in awe of so many small local businesses. Two lovely ladies joined my Tropic family and I couldn’t be happier.
