Hi!! I'm an ex-dancer, trained in STOTT Pilates. I believe Pilates is for everyone, it's great for improving and maintaining posture and preventing those niggly pains that we all get from time to time. Massage and Pilates go hand in hand, massage should not just be a treat for body and mind but to help ensure muscles are in a relaxed and efficient state to help maintain overall body-balance.
