Change of Triage form times:

As of tomorrow, Wednesday 1st October we are changing the times of when our triage forms can be accessed and completed, the new times will be, opening at 8am and closing at 5pm, for patient safety these times are reviewed daily by our GP team and may be altered if we have reached capacity.

Telephone lines:

We have recognised that there is an issue with our telephone lines at present. Unfortunately this means that we can not hear patients on the line. This is being investigated as a matter of urgency. In the meantime if you need to complete a triage form please use the QR code below use your NHS app, or visit our front desk.
