My biggest achievement has been qualifying for the Triathlon World Championship in Vegas so I know what a truly satisfying feeling it is to work towards and achieve a personal target, no matter how big or small. I offer bespoke 1:1 & 1:2 training sessions focusing on functional exercise, guaranteed to get you fit and strong and loose those extra pounds. PRENATAL EXERCISE
I feel many pregnant women are unsure of what exercises they 'should be doing' and what exercises they 'should be avoiding' during pregnancy. So, with my specialism in prenatal exercise I am here to help! Exercising through pregnancy can reduce common prenatal discomforts such as swelling, fatigue, muscle cramps, urinary incontinence, unstable pelvis and lower back pain. Join me for 1:1 sessions that include functional strength training, core stability and flexibility during pregnancy. Come away knowing you are doing the best for you and your baby. POSTNATAL EXERCISE
After 2 traumatic births, my boys zap any spare time I have! I'm now more of a runner and try and stay fit & healthy in-between being 'mum'. Thankfully us women get exceptionally good at multi-tasking! Clawing back your fitness post birth can seem like a mountain to climb but exercise will give you a physical and mental boost, that spring in your step and aid postnatal recovery. With my specialist knowledge in postnatal exercise and NUTRITION for healing and recovery you will get fitter for your task ahead...motherhood. Commit to training hard and smart using free weights and functional equipment in my studio here in Wantage.

Little brain dump after today's run.

Comparison sucks joy out of the journey.....

This is something I hear a lot from my clients & my brain was over playing the same thing.

I used to run harder.
I used to be faster.
I used to run pain free.
Blah, blah.....

Turn that around...

I'm now older & wiser.
I listen to my body's daily needs.
I'm tuned into my energy availability. Some days I walk, others I run & sometimes I get it wrong and that's fine too.
I know when to invest in rest & know when to push a little harder.

Mindset is a powerful tool. Use it to be your best self & be thankful for the journey that has got you here today ♥️

STRENGTH training for WOMEN.

💥Counteract peri & menopausal hormonal changes with strength training. One of the most powerful tools menopausal women have to protect their bodies, hormones, and long-term health.

💥After age 40, women can lose 3–8% of muscle mass per decade and this accelerates after menopause. Ladies, it’s time to start lifting to preserve lean muscle mass, stay strong and independent, improve balance & prevent falls later in life.

💥I offer 30 or 60min ladies only PT sessions in my well-equipped home studio in Wantage.

💥 Group strength classes in and around the local area. Details below.

💪Tuesday daytime 1.30pm in Kingston Lisle (5min drive from Childrey)
💪Thursday evenings 6.45pm in Ardington

We are a friendly bunch, all working on ourselves for 60mins every week. Bring your own weights, a mat and follow along.

PT clients should all have dates & be fired up ready to GO!!

Right now it's all about fresh air, family time, quiet reflection, painting 🎨 & rest.

And after nearly 3 months I'm finally free of this lingering cold. My immunity is on the up!

I hope everyone is allowing themselves some rest after the Christmas festivities ready to press GO in January 😁
