We are currently dealing with a regional IT network problem, which is affecting some of our practice systems. This may result in delays to appointments, prescriptions, referrals, test results, and telephone or online responses. Please be patient with the practice team who are working through these challenges.

Changes to Proxy Access on the NHS App

You may soon see some updates to proxy access on the NHS App. These changes are being introduced nationally to help keep everyone’s health information safe and accurate.

If you use the app to manage care for someone else, such as a child or relative, your access may look a little different. If anything doesn’t seem right, or you need your access reviewed, just get in touch with us and we’ll sort it out.

You can find help here https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/help/profile/manage-health-services-for-others/

Thanks for your patience while the NHS rolls out these improvements.

Thank you to everyone who has sent in their home blood pressure readings or popped in to use our Health Pod following our targeted message 🩺💙

We’ve had an amazing response — over 320 blood pressures recorded so far 📊👏

We’re now working through all of this data and will have reviewed everything soon. It hasn’t been possible to message everyone about their results just yet, so thank you for your patience ⏳

If your blood pressure is not to target, you will receive a message or be contacted about next steps within the next 3 weeks 📬

If your blood pressure was in the healthy range (under 135/85) — well done and keep up your healthy lifestyle choices! 🌿

There is a national IT issue and therefore we are taking longer to process your requests. Please be patient with us.
