These classes will be small and will be aimed at 50+ (although if you fancy some gentle weights at any age you can join us) Also did you know I still teach Zoom Yoga? dates and times below if you're interested

Wednesday 6.30 - 7.15pm Flow Yoga £5
Sunday 8.00 - 9.00pm Hatha Yoga with relaxation £6.50
