A simple truth..

"Self love" used to make me feel sick 🤢 It sounded so selfish and me-me-ME!
But then I discovered something that changed everything: "Me too" 💭

I realised I deserved the same level of care, effort and energy that I gave to everyone else. Not more, not less - just the same.
As a recovering people pleaser, this shift helped me: ✨ Set boundaries without guilt ✨ Stop over-committing and feeling overwhelmed ✨ Be honest about my AuDHD needs ✨ Say no without writing a novel explaining why ✨ Ask for help instead of suffering in silence
