We specialise in all aspects of Musculoskeletal and sports injury assessment and treatment. Late stage on feet change of direction rehab can often be missed out but it is a crucial part of successful return to play. This should build up all the way to game specific movements at full pace and return to contact rehab for contact sports. Don’t leave a weakness make sure you rehab properly to prevent a re-injury!
