Open to All!! Our third virtual workshop in this series brings WW Coaches together to share real stories, honest insights, and practical tips on key wellbeing topics. The Coaches’ Table will cover a different theme, held on different days & times each month.

This workshop will explore how body image and weight stigma can influence your wellness journey. A panel of WW coaches share their own experiences and insights, whilst providing practical tips for building body confidence, shifting unhelpful thinking, and fostering a more positive relationship with yourself.

WeightWatchers is going nowhere. For 62 years, we’ve seen the trends (and the competition) come and go—and we’ve always remained standing, backed by our scientific expertise, our peerless results, and community of millions of members all over the world.

While we cannot and do not comment on press speculation, we can proudly say that absolutely nothing changes with our services, program, and expertise. We will still be delivering our superior results from our award-winning program.

As for our competition, we would love to suggest they review some of our most tried and true wisdom: Mind what’s on your plate, not on others’. You’ll get better results that way 😉
