Hi, I'm James

After 20 years of working in Education & Social Care, I decided to change path, into Soft Tissue Therapy.
Whilst I wanted the focus to still be on caring and helping people, I branched out and set up JT Soft Tissue Therapy.

Setting up in Wareham in 2018, and facing 3 lockdowns (as we all did)... I have established a business which enables me to help others, in the best way I can.

It's been a roller-coaster of a ride, but, grit and determination has got me to where I am today...

Working with over 750 people from the area, I provide a welcoming space to aid you in your recovery & maintenance journey.

If the demand is there, other Out of Hour Appointments will be offered out.

Trained via the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM), Member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM), working out of a Studio in Wareham. Also offering Mobile Treatments in the surrounding areas. Working from my Wareham Studio, as well as working Mobile across the Isle of Purbeck Area. Swanage, Wool, Bere Regis, Lulworth, Ringwood, New Forest. All Treatments are currently: £55,00/75mins (Initial Assessment required by all) £75,00/90mins £45,00/60mins £38,00/45mins £30,00/30mins Travel Cost can be asked at point of enquiry. There might be Seasonal Offers & Deals available.
