Useful Info when ordering repeat prescriptions...
When using the NHS App, please note that only repeat prescription items that are due to be ordered at this point will be visible. If one (or more) of your repeat medications is not visible, this is usually because it is not due for ordering yet, they should be visible again when they are due to be ordered. If a specific medication is not visible on the App, please double check your medication supplies at home, and check that there are no prescriptions awaiting collection at your usual Pharmacy before contacting the surgery.
Please be reminded that the prescriptions request functions on the NHS App and on SystmOnline are for prescription requests only, please do not use these for anything else, this also applies to the prescription requests post box in the surgery foyer. Any questions or information that you would like to discuss with your GP must be directed to the reception team or sent into the Surgery by using the E-consult function. Any additional questions or information included on any prescription requests will not be considered or actioned.
