In this small class, you’ll receive the support you need while experiencing the best of both worlds: gentle seated stretches and traditional poses tailored for seniors.

Seated Stretches: Improve flexibility and mobility while seated
Traditional Poses: Strengthen your body with standing and floor poses
Breathing Exercises: Enhance relaxation and reduce stress
