Gentle reminder for parents navigating work and life.
Mums & dads before the house fully wakes up and
Before the requests, the snacks, the emails… the mess…
Take a slow breath in. And as you breathe out, remind yourself of this:
I do not have to do this perfectly.
I just have to do this calmly.
We are not required to show up with superhuman energy 24/7.
Our children don’t need perfection.
They need presence.
And you already have that.
So as you start your day today, imagine it not as one long to-do list but as a series of small stepping stones.
You only ever need to step onto the next one.
