Preparing for my next adventure — firstly I’m off to Costa Rica for 3 weeks on a self-discovery journey, followed by a week back at home, and then the start of my 3-year course to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

Following my intuition and my own healing journey, somatic work has been so transformative for me, and I’ve felt led to hold space for others in the safest possible way. Peter Levine is such a massive inspiration to me, and I’m excited to learn again after some time integrating. 🙌

My last working day will be Saturday 14th March — please book now to avoid disappointment. 🙏🏻

Me at 17 and 31 😲
How do I look younger at 31 than I did at 17? Structural Integration — that’s how.

This is why I do this. My own pain and posture journey led me to this treatment — something you can feel and see working straight away.

Look at the long neck I’ve gained… who would have thought that was hiding in my shoulders?! I tried chiropractors and osteopaths, but the same thing would happen: I’d feel great for a day or two and then be back to square one.

With Structural Integration you get:

Look at this transformation!!! You won’t believe how much length can be hidden in your tissue!

Not often do we take honest photos of the posture either, so we will stand tall forcing the shoulders back etc.. what I love most about structural integration is it works! Lasting results.

This client is a hairdresser so constantly In front of her posture, putting herself in to awkward positions to accommodate her clients. Whatever we do the most jobs/sports/sitting/stress/ injuries our body maps this position the fascia (connective tissue) becomes gathered and solid instead of fluid and gliding.

When I first started pole, anxiety was ruling my life. Even the thought of joining a small class felt terrifying. I began with private lessons with Lisa, who patiently encouraged me to try a group class, telling me I’d get along with the lovely people already attending.

There were times I’d drive halfway there and turn back, completely overwhelmed. But eventually, I made it into class — and that’s when everything started to shift.

I found friendship, encouragement, and a true sense of belonging. The energy, support, and community in those classes helped me feel safe and seen. Pole quickly became a space where I could truly switch off and be present — a constant in my life that has supported my mental health in more ways than I can say.

Now, I have the most wonderful friends I met through pole, and every class feels like coming home.

And now… I’m performing on stage at the Keynsham Music Festival!

Come along and watch our performances — each of us has a story to tell. You’ll see strength, vulnerability, and the beauty of showing up as you are.

Pole has taught me that we can achieve so much when we’re supported, encouraged, and part of a community that lifts each other up. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come — and so grateful to be sharing this moment with such an incredible group of people.
