Welcome to Phonics Spell. A brand new fun and educational phonics class in Warrington. My classes are small in size and consist of 10 children per group.

Hello, I am Jenny and I have been teaching from Early Years Foundation Stage to Year 3 children in Warrington primary schools for the last 20 years. My main specialism is music and I have also specialised in teaching phonics across the key stages at primary school for the last 6 and a half years. I am very passionate about teaching phonics and have set up my own Phonics Spell business to help local families give their children a head-start with learning before they go to school. I use a bespoke style of planning that caters for the interests and needs of the children I work with.

I am ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED to receive more wonderful news of another little PHONICS SPELL SUPERSTAR absolutely smashing phonics at school 👏.

Huge congratulations! I am so proud 🏆.

This little one showed so much passion and drive in my classes and started blending and segmenting words at a very young age. He loved a challenge each week and always tried his best.

We had the best week last week with my ‘GOLDILOCKS AND THE THREE BEARS THEME’🐻 📖.

It is just wonderful to see how confident all the children are becoming and how much they are enjoying my classes.

Next week we will be doing a very royal ‘KNIGHTS, CASTLES AND PRINCESSES THEME’ 👑.

I get lots of questions about Phonics Spell and for those of you that are new to my page I created this group after I left being a school teacher after 20 years of teaching.

I wanted to be more flexible so I could take my boys to all their own school events and also work together more closely with children and their families.

All my plans and resources are BESPOKE to the children I teach and are HANDMADE.
