Sports Massage is a deep pressure targeted massage, using techniques to get deep into the muscles. To relieve aches and pains & muscle tension. It can be used before and after sports events, and for rehabilitation purposes.

🥊 🏃 ⚽️ Is it just for athletes?

Short answer… NO

People use Sports Massage for different reasons. For example, athletes will have regular Sports Massage sessions to keep their body in top condition and to help avoid injury. It can also help to reduce DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). However, it also benefits the below issues:

Musculoskeletal conditions

Stress and anxiety

📅 How Often Should You Have a Sports Massage?

Research suggests, people suffering from the above conditions can have Sports Massages every 1-4 weeks. However, some experts recommend weekly appointments, or at least two per month.
