🌟 Six Steps to Success Spotlight – Day 3: Meet Rodica! 🌟

Today we’re celebrating Rodica, one of our dedicated Health Care Assistants here at Cromwell Court Care Home.

“I’ve been a Health Care Assistant at Cromwell Court since April 2022, and during this time I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside so many wonderful people in the nursing unit. We’ve built strong friendships and a great team atmosphere, filled with good vibes every day. I’m especially grateful to our amazing nurses for their professionalism and support, and for the opportunities I’ve had to grow through training — especially the Six Steps to Success programme, which has taught me so much and strengthened my confidence in providing quality care.”

As we continue celebrating our amazing team here at Cromwell Court Care Home who have completed the Six Steps to Success programme in end-of-life care, today we’re introducing Sindy!

Sindy is our Senior Activity Coordinator and has been part of the Cromwell Court family for 7 years. Her positivity and dedication shine through everything she does, bringing smiles and meaningful moments to both residents and staff.
