The pic below is my personal story from last year. I started Jan 1st 2025 low mood, overweight, inflamed, tired, stressed carrying the weight of my past. I decided I wanted to rewrite the script so I took it one day at a time.
12 months of ShredFast kettlebell HIIT training, clean diet, no alcohol, supplements, mindfulness, reiki and coaching and here I am today walking into 2026 5st lighter, happier, healthier and so excited to see what I achieve this year.
I’m not a coach who learned her stuff from just a text book and classroom, I learned it through the school of life. My journey has been a hard one but on that journey I’ve lived, learned, survived and thrived.
I would love to help you create an amazing 2026 for yourself. I want you to become unstuck, I want you to realise your potential, your worth, your abilities. I want to reintroduce you to yourself again 🙏
