Are you craving deep relaxation and an opportunity to restore your energy?

Join me at the Studio for a special Yoga Nidra – Sleep Yoga Workshop on Sunday 30th November 7-8pm 💜🧘🏼‍♀️

💜 £15 Per Person

This calming session will gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state, combining the restorative power of Yoga Nidra (the yoga of sleep) with the soothing vibrations of a Crystal Singing Bowl meditation.

Finish with your choice of hot chocolate or bedtime herbal tea to take away, ensuring you leave feeling cozy and nourished, both inside and out.

✅ Bring a blanket, pillow and eye mask (optional) to help you get super comfortable for the class.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! 🎄 🧘🏼‍♀️💫

Last week I spent the week coaching at the WUKF European Karate Championships in Riga, Latvia! 🇱🇻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The team have been amazing winning lots of medals! 👊🏼

Latvia was great (although I didn’t get to see much of it outside of the arena) It was very cold and raining all the time!

I didn’t get to do any exercise whilst I was away and yesterday’s classes at the Studio felt amazing to get back to! 🧘🏼‍♀️

I think I have caught up with all Yoga/Pilates related messages - If I have missed your enquiry please let me know (I’ve had a super busy week!) 🥋🫶🏻

Classes are back to normal timetable with the exception of Bonfire night evening (due to the firework display at Partridge Lakes) 🎆

✅ The next workshop is a 2 hour deep release and relaxation of Yin Yoga 🫶🏻

Reset your body and mind on your mat - relaxing and breathing into deep stretches - releasing unwanted tension and stress 🧘🏼‍♀️💫

Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels - all positions can be modified so you will be fully supported into each pose 🫶🏻

Please note this workshop is now a week earlier than previously planned - this is due to the firework display taking place on the lakes outside the studio 👌🏼🎆
