We'd like to say thank you to everyone involved in collecting food for the harvest festival; we've had so many goodies donated to St Joseph's this year to support our emergency welfare appeal and had the pleasure of attending some incredible school assemblies!

Your votes in the Community Giving Scheme 2025 have placed St Joseph's Family Centre in 🥇first place🥇 which means we will receive £1,000 to support our Emergency Welfare provision. The programme ensures local families have access to food, toiletries, clothing and essential household items when they need a little extra support.

Skipton's Charitable Foundation helps so many good causes and this year's community scheme will see charities receiving donations totalling £164,000! 👏

If you're out and about tomorrow, be sure to pop in to Warrington Market and Golden Square Warrington between 10am - 3pm for a chance to watch Community in Mind, a film showcasing and celebrating some of the amazing community-focused mental health support groups taking place in Warrington.

You'll also have an opportunity to meet and chat with some of the groups featured in the film. The film will be screened on the hour from 10am with the last one at 2pm.

🎄🎅🎄It's just 12 weeks until Christmas Day and our St Joseph's festive countdown has begun! 🎄🎅🎄
This year, with your help, we want to deliver hundreds of Christmas hampers to local families needing a little extra support. Every hamper contains staple food, festive goodies and vouchers to purchase Christmas gifts and household essentials.

We're so grateful to the team at Micro Scooters UK for their generous donation of scooters and helmets for our Holiday Clubs. We've had a wheely great time using them at our provision over the last few weeks!
Scooting to school has lots of benefits, helping keep children active and healthy as well as being planet-friendly and improving our local environment 🛴🌳🌻

🔹DID YOU KNOW? Children learn all about healthy eating and dental hygiene when they come to our Holiday Clubs.
🔸We've been snack sorting, creating brushing charts, used plaque tablets and watched videos to show the importance of dental health with some fun projects during the Summer.
🔹Thanks to Healthwatch Warrington, Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Warrington Borough Council, we've been able to distribute HUNDREDS of Junior Dental Packs to families across Warrington 😁👏
