Most people won’t tell you this ❌

But first SAVE this for later 💾 and comment “COMMUNITY” to grab all this juicy info in an easy to keep document for your fertility🤰

Let’s get to it 🧐

Clomid and Letrozole don’t actually make you ovulate 😮

They just try to nudge your brain into asking for it. 🧠

And if your internal environment isn’t ready, they simply won’t work, no matter how perfect your timing or dose is 🙈

I see so many women feeling broken after these meds “fail.”
But here’s what’s actually happening:

✨ Your body doesn’t feel safe enough to ovulate
✨ Stress, under eating, weak digestion, or cold womb = blocked signals
✨ The meds amplify what’s already there - imbalance in, imbalance out

It’s not about stronger doses, it’s about smarter prep.

And when we combine Western understanding with Chinese Medicine wisdom, things start to shift ✅

Tiny tip you can try today:
Try 3 minutes of box breathing (inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4).
It calms the nervous system + supports Qi to flow again 🌿

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Comment “COMMUNITY” and I’ll send you all this info in a tiny keep sale document along with all the deets on my method to help this medication finally work with your body - not against it.

Tempdrop has been the saviour for so many of my patients - I honestly can’t recommend it enough. It’s helped so many of them finally understand their cycles - and for many, it’s been the missing piece in their fertility journey. I’ve seen more clarity, more confidence, and yes… more positive tests 💛

One patient had been tracking with an oral thermometer incorrectly - setting 6AM alarms, tiptoeing around her house, stressing over unreliable data.

Turns out, she was ovulating later than she thought -and her luteal phase was just 9 days. We wouldn’t have seen it without Tempdrop ❌

This little device does it all: no alarms, no stress, just wear it overnight. It’s perfect for shift workers, tired mums, or anyone with an unpredictable schedule.😅

It tracks ovulation, luteal phase length, and even picks up hormonal shifts like low progesterone — syncing with your fave fertility app too! ✅

It’s comfy, accurate, and worth every penny — which is why I’m giving one away (worth £249!) plus a month of Artah Fertility supplements.✅

The mistake we won’t be making again ⤵️

Thinking delayed ovulation is “just stress” when prolactin might be the hidden driver.

Prolactin is your milk-making hormone (totally normal postpartum)…

But when it’s high outside of pregnancy? It can quietly shut down ovulation, flatten libido, and delay pregnancy and it often goes completely unnoticed.

Here’s what most people miss:
🔎 It’s rarely tested unless you ask
💊 It can rise from meds, stress, thyroid shifts, or tiny benign growths

😶 It tricks your body into thinking you’re postpartum

You might notice:
• 📆 Longer cycles or no ovulation
• 🔥 Short luteal phases + low progesterone
• 😔 Fatigue, low mood, or anxiety
• 💧 Dry cervical mucus + low libido
• 🍫 Carb cravings, PMS, or spotting

✨ There’s so much more to this and I’ve pulled it ALL into a juicy, easy to digest download.

From TCM explanations to foods that clear Damp, and exact steps to calm your prolactin naturally.

🚨 This isn’t info you’ll get from a 10 minute GP visit.

Comment ‘PROLACTIN WORKSHEET’ and I’ll send the full doc straight to your inbox.

You deserve clarity, not confusion.

No but really… how can your lining look fine but still not be ready for an embryo? 🩸

That’s exactly what confused my patient last week. She came in after a scan showed her lining was “normal” but her transfer failed. Again. 💔

Here’s what most people (and many practitioners) don’t explain clearly:

Just because your uterine lining looks good in thickness on a scan, doesn’t mean it’s actually receptive.

In Chinese medicine, we look deeper 👀
A lining that’s technically “there” but not rich, warm, or nourished is often a sign of blood deficiency, think of it like soil that looks okay from above, but underneath, it’s too dry to support life.

In Western terms, this might look like low estrogen, poor nutrient absorption, or sluggish blood flow.

So if you’re being told everything looks “fine” but your gut says otherwise, you’re not crazy. There’s more to the story.

✨You deserve to feel informed and supported - not confused.

Comment ‘BLOOD PLAYBOOK’ and I’ll send you my free guide to support a truly receptive lining, naturally.

You don’t have to figure this out alone 🤍
