Due to a recent contract award we are on the look out for a general building sub contractor to work with us on a large disrepair contract throughout the north west, predominantly Greater Manchester an surrounding areas.

Would suit a small company with a good number of quality trade and multi skilled operatives:

- Plastering / Damp works / Rendering
- Joinery / kitchen replacements / Doors
- Plumbing / Bathroom replacements
- Decorating
- Roofing repairs / re - roofs

High volume and long term work for the right candidate but must cover all trades.
