Why do so many parents let their nutrition slip without even realising it and then it’s years down the line and we’ve got the unhealthy parent body

Quick meal win tonight 👇🍽️

I left the house this morning at 6.15am for work. Then straight to my lads parents evening for 4pm. Took Em and Matthew shopping, went and seen the parents, dropped the kids back off at their mums and home to make this…

Came back into the house at 7pm

Threw this together in no time, nothing complicated, nothing fancy… just simple ingredients, big flavour, and everything I needed nutrition wise.
