I’m a massive fan of the new year new me thing

But I also get for a lot, it will be a new year but the same old habits and routines which made them over weight and unhealthy in the first place

Nothing will change

It’s sad, but it’s true

Fat Loss Goals For 2026

Just remember

You don’t have to train everyday

You don’t have to spend hours in a session

You don’t need a perfect plan

There’s some things I would recommend

Lift weights

Get support

Invest in a coach for a little bit of time if you need one and learn as much from them possible so you have the skillset to then do this alone

Get progression in your training

Start slow if needed and you don’t need to train like an athlete

Find something you enjoy

Then learn about nutrition because no matter how much training you do, unless the habits and nutrition is sorted, you will never get those fat loss results

2026 Fat Loss Plans 📝

We’ve now entered the weird, don’t know what day it is time of the year

Its not Christmas, but it’s not back to work time just yet

We’ve got loads of chocolates left over

The kids are bored

And those January goals will be on your mind, soon if not already

The pure gyms are kitted out by the gym is life people and the ones thinking about it, have likely looked on the websites but not joined just yet

You don’t need to go into your 2026 goals at a million miles per hour

You don’t need the all or nothing mindset
