Yesterday, myself and Nicole smashed the Warrington 10k 🏃🏼‍♀️✨

We ran in memory of a special friend we sadly lost earlier this year and raised nearly £1,000 for the Warrington Wolves Foundation 💙

For anyone battling injuries or setbacks – they don’t define you. They won’t stop you from achieving milestones in your journey 🙌

I’ve been sidelined from rugby with a ruptured ACL, but I’ve found love for running again. Sometimes one door closes so another can open ✨

In the lead-up to the 10k, I built up my stamina with plenty of slow runs, gradually working my way up to 10k. There was added sessions of mixed gym sessions such as, stretching, strength training & cardio 💪

To help with recovery/DOMs, 10–20 min sauna session worked wonders for muscle soreness and relaxation 🔥🧖🏼‍♀️

If you’re training for an event & want that extra edge- whether it’s an exercise plan or a pre/post-event massage - drop me a message to book your spot ✨

✨ The Face Behind the Business ✨

Hey everyone! I’m Rebecca 👋 I’ve been involved in sport from a very young age – starting out with cross country and athletics at Warrington AC and Vale Royal AC, where I represented Cheshire and competed in countless fun runs.

When I moved into college, I gave rugby a go after my local team needed someone fast on the wing. After just 6 months at CrossFields Open Age, I was picked up by Warrington Wolves Women’s Academy, where I was awarded Academy Player of the Year. In 2023, I made my debut against Leeds Rhinos, and in 2024 I proudly wore the number 5 shirt in my first full season.

Like many athletes, I’ve experienced my fair share of injuries – from a broken knuckle in pre-season to a ruptured ACL and torn meniscus that sadly put my 2025 season on hold. While recovering, I focused on finishing my Sports Therapy degree at Edge Hill University, gaining experience in both clinics and pitch-side environments.

Now, I’ve graduated and started my own business in Lymm 🙌 My goal is to help athletes recover, perform better and train harder – but also to support anyone looking for sports massage, whether you’re a gym-goer, an active individual, or someone with a physically demanding job.

Thank you for supporting me on this journey – I can’t wait to help you move, feel and perform at your best! 💪

Athletes:
For athletes that train at high intensities frequently, it is recommended to get treatment every 1-2 weeks. This is to prevent fatigue and damage to muscles by encouraging lymph flow throughout the body and increasing circulation. This allows a greater blood flow and nutrients to key muscle groups. This can prevent common injuries experienced by athletes.

Active Lifestyles:
For gym lovers, or those that are relatively active, it is recommended every 3-4 weeks. This is to prevent muscle fatigue, and aid recovery in between training sessions. People who train regularly, can have tight and over trained muscles. This will make muscles feel knotty, gritty, hard or fibrous. In this case blood flow is restricted, and this is where sports massage becomes beneficial.

Other Occupations:
Those that have sedentary lifestyles, such as office workers, beauticians and hairdressers, are recommended to get treatment every 4-6 weeks. This is due to poor posture and muscular dysfunction which results in tight muscles. Sports massage itself is a fantastic way of treating and managing pain, such as removing any knots, and releasing psychological aspects.

Hi, I’m Rebecca — a qualified Sports Therapist and member of the Society of Sports Therapists (SST).

As someone who’s grown up in sport—from track and field to the full-contact world of rugby—I know firsthand the toll intense training can take on the body. I’ve played for Warrington Wolves Women’s Rugby League, and I’ve felt everything from DOMS to joint injuries. That’s why I’m passionate about helping other athletes recover faster, move better, and perform at their best through targeted sports massage therapy. As well as, helping people feel and perform at their best, with simply living active, demanding lives.

With a friendly, professional approach, I work with a wide range of clients — from sports performers to individuals in physically demanding jobs, or anyone who just wants to treat themselves to a sports massage.

Whether you're recovering from injury, managing physical stress, or looking to improve mobility, I’m here to help you take on the challenges that sport and life throw at you✨
