New goals can feel exciting and still make you anxious.
Fear doesn’t always look like panic. Sometimes it’s procrastination, overthinking, “I’ll do it when life is quieter”, or starting strong then slipping.
Fear often grows when hope grows, because part of you can feel it could happen. When something feels possible, a protective part of you may try to pull you back into the familiar to keep you safe.
