We are so excited to bring you our first Retreat offering for 2026. The Spring Awakening Retreat is being held at Patty's Barn at rural Land and Sea in Lancaster on Saturday 28th March 2026 9am to 6pm.

I have been undecided to post this or not. These photos are 6 months apart May 2025 left and October 2025 right. Has it been easy, absoloutly yes, because my boundaries were solid. I have enjoyed the process and of course I know what Im doing to achieve this. But that doesn't make it any easier. Lovely little nutrition course on its way to learn how to do this for life
