🍃A little business update from me!

From the 1st January 2026, my hourly rate for decluttering and organising sessions will be increasing slightly from £50 to £55 per hour.

This change means I am still able to offer the supportive, judgement-free decluttering sessions that I’m so passionate about and that you deserve, and don't worry, I will still take away all your donations, recycling and rubbish too!

Current clients or anyone who books* a FREE initial consultation before 31st December - I’ll be honouring the £50 hourly rate for the first 3 months of the new year.

If you’ve been thinking about booking in, now’s a great time to get in touch and start the New Year with a calmer and clearer home for 2026!

Well thats a wrap for 2025. As the year comes to a close, I just want to say the biggest thank you! 💚

To my wonderful clients, followers, cheerleaders, and friends - thank you for trusting me, supporting my business, and welcoming me into your homes this year. It’s been such a privilege to help create calmer, lighter spaces for so many of you 🌿

I’m heading into the festive season feeling incredibly grateful and looking forward to having some time to rest and reset with my family.

Now the temperatures have severely plummeted, hats and gloves are essential to keep away the frostbite.

But as they are not needed throughout the year, finding storage that doesn’t dominate your hallway or boot room can be tricky.

A client had to cancel our session today so I had the absolute pleasure of joining for her fab Shutter Club at the beautiful for some festive photos and some networking with lovely ladies.

It's officially now December and the start of the festive chaos *ahem, I mean fun.

Now is also the time when most of us start to panic about buying Christmas presents for our loved ones and also what to add to our own Christmas list that won't clutter up the house or get regifted to a charity shop in February!

If you’d met me on the train today you would think I don’t practice what I preach. It looked like we were buying ‘just because’ it was Black Friday.

What we were actually doing was replacing clothes that had been ruined by a UK holiday resort earlier this autumn and Lottie had a teacher training day giving us opportunity to head to the shops. It took ages to finally get the company to reimburse us properly so today seemed like the best time.

How we shopped with intention:

We had a shopping list of what we needed.

We didn’t impulse buy, we took photos of some items we liked but might ask for Christmas or buy later if we still want them.

I chose quality over quantity, paying a bit more for a t-shirt that was 100% cotton and well made rather than cheaper brands that would have gone out of shape quicker.

I decided against buying some items from the high street names, hoping to find similar from local businesses or Vinted instead.

And my proudest moment was when my daughter, who loves clothes and shopping commented on the poor stitching from some brands, choosing not to buy items as she knew they wouldn’t last very long.
