Our beautiful Labyrinth Meadow may look dormant in its winter isolation but life is stirring everywhere in anticipation of the return of spring and new beginnings.

Our first workshops once restrictions lift and we can come together again in small groups will be:

'An Introduction to the Labyrinth' and 'Healing from Isolation - Reconnecting with the Labyrinth'. I'd love to hear any thoughts on how you might like to engage with the labyrinth. What do you need most right now?

Garden

This piece is very important to me. On the surface it's just a picture about a nice garden, but it's really about how many times I (and I am sure most of us) have gone wrong or gotten lost. It can be a heartbreaking process and we never know if we'll even find the 'beautiful garden' but every time we go the wrong way, I think we get a little closer. I believe we actually need these mistakes to help us realise where where the better path lies.

"This garden is beautiful," said Tiny Dragon.
Big Panda nodded. "And we only found it because we
went the wrong way so many times."

Is it possible that this mightly oak germinated as an acorn around 1400 AD?

It's difficult to tell how accurate this measurement is given the hollow centre and nobbliness (is that a word?) of the tree.

But even if we're a bit wrong, it's still one ancient tree, many hundreds of years old.

Given the craziness of our current times, taking a moment to contemplate 600 years of stillness, witnessing events come and go, guides us to return to our breath and our centre 👣🙏

We measured the tree girth with bale twine and then measured the length... a whopping 7.5 metres!!!
