Thank you so much to everyone who came to our Crystal Lunar Sound Bath with Cranio.
I can’t thank you enough for your support it truly means so much. I had quite a few pinch me moments watching you all.

Working with the lunar energy, we created space to slow down, soften and release, allowing whatever needed to surface to do so gently. Supported by the sound of the crystal alchemy bowls and the deeply calming touch of cranio sacral therapy with , the room settled into such a beautiful stillness.

It’s always so special to share these evenings together, seeing familiar faces and welcoming new ones into the space.

Friday night’s Alchemy Crystal Sound Bath & Cranio Sacral Therapy felt really special

There was such a feeling of warmth and safety as we gathered in the church—curled up on mattresses with hot water bottles, candles glowing, the Christmas tree softly lit, and church bells gently ringing in the background
The space felt deeply held as we were guided inward, allowing bodies to soften and nervous systems to settle. With sound, gentle touch, and stillness, something quietly restorative unfolded

Afterwards, we shared herbal tea, nourishing nibbles, and easy conversation—easing back into the evening feeling grounded, open, and deeply relaxed

I’m so grateful to everyone who came and trusted the space. Thank you for allowing yourselves to receive

For over 20 years in Leamington & Warwick, Elixir has been part of the community — first as a little health shop with treatment rooms, then growing into remedies and products I’ve handcrafted, tested, and trusted myself. What began small became something truly special: a space where people feel held, heard, and deeply cared for.

✨ Alchemy Sound Service with Cranio — What a Night! ✨
Our session last week at the church was truly special. With mattresses and blankets, everyone settled into the coziest space for an hour of deep rest with cranio sacral hands-on support and alchemy bowl sound healing.

The response was amazing — such a beautiful vibe shared by all ❤️
From 8pm–9pm, we rested together, followed by optional tea and cake, giving us time to gently land.

We’re doing it all again on 12th December — bringing extra Christmas-cozy vibes.

On the 12th December we are doing two sessions at 5pm and 8pm.
Both of these sold out within 24 hours, so please message us to join the waiting list.

The Mama tribe is back on Monday 10th November, At 10am-12@ with Sarah and Claire.

Sharon Pick, homeopath will be giving a talk. Sharon has worked with Sarah’s family for 10 years and helped on so many occasions.
We are so pleased she’s coming to share how Homeopathy can be such a helpful tool in your parenting tool kit!

Sarah will be there offering (CST) cranio sacral therapy throughout the session for your little ones.
