The brilliant Norton Lindsey Christmas Tractor runs are back and Norton Lindsey Village Hall will be hosting a village Christmas party before the tractors arrive so that we can all get into the Christmas spirit.

🎄Don’t forget it’s the Annual Charity Christmas Card Sale and Soup Lunch this Thursday 6th November 12.15-2.00pm, NLVH.

A truly wonderful opportunity to share the love this Christmas with a great choice of cards on offer from charities including Cancer Research, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Myton Hospice, Mind, RNLI, Shakespeare Hospice and Hope. Please bring cash as not all charities have card readers.

Entrance is free and a delicious homemade soup will be available for £5. Everyone welcome. See you there.

We held an extremely enjoyable Village Harvest Supper at the Hall last night. As usual, it was a Bring ‘n Share event with a magnificent spread of dishes. The raffle and other donations raised a fabulous total of £290 which has been donated to the Charity ‘Kids for Kids’ and we have ”bought” 5 goats, a Billy goat, three laying hens and a rooster for a famine stricken family in Dafur. Big thank you to everyone who was involved and made this possible.
