IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our Patient Participation Group will hold a mini training session on 16th October 2025 from 1.30pm - until 2.30pm to support patients in
"How to complete an econsult USING A SMARTPHONE"

The Group recently supported patients back in August with "How do I complete an econsult" It was noted by patients that attended the training that it was the usage of smartphones were an issue.

If you wish to attend, please inform the practice either via emailing d.partners@nhs.net FOA the Practice Manager - confirming your attendance or if you prefer, please ring the practice and ask our staff to inform the Practice Manager.

All patients that would like to attend are required to sign our Visitors book - a visitors badge will be issued then.
