What a week! A full week of massages for a corporate client has just ended. 100+ Grateful employees. I'm pleased to have the weekend off. ☺️

A very lovely client brightened up a rainy day yesterday. He gave me one of his prize courgettes! Fruit for scale! Apart from my usual ragout recipe and slicing/griddling, does anyone have any interesting recipes you'd like to share? 🙏

🌼 Facial Reflexology involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the face, which are believed to correspond to different parts of the body.

Drove all the way to Whitburn mid morning to see a client. I thought that I was being highly organised, but then realised I'd forgotten all my carefully selected massage oils. Fortunately my lovely client had some gorgeous oil on hand. Phew! So now, aside from the engine oil I carry in the car, I have now decanted some massage oils in mini bottles, should it ever happen again. You live, you learn. Still. 🤷🏼‍♀️
