The bus lane restrictions will be suspended during this time meaning you can access Vigo Lane from the other end and get through to ourselves and the surgery.

We have just been notified by Northern Powergrid that they are going to do some urgent repair work in the area outside of the pharmacy today!

Due to this, we could potentially be without electricity from around 4pm onwards today.

If this does happen, our phone lines will be down (although they may still ring at your end if you call us).

If you can't get through to ourselves, please try the following number 07939 280261

We will, as always, endeavour to get all urgent prescriptions we have out to our patients before the weekend.

We are proud to announce our pharmacy has been chosen by our local Councillor as a location for a Bleed Kit installation supported by The Connor Brown Trust
The photo shows the Trusts Founder and Trustees, alongside our Pharmacist Gary.

Bleed Kits are specifically designed to handle ‘life threatening bleeding’.
In the event of a traumatic injury, a person can lose critical amounts of blood within minutes.

If an emergency situation occurs where this kit is needed, our Pharmacy staff can gain access or call 999 and they will provide a code for access at any time of day or night.

We feel it is an important asset to our area of Rickleton 💚

Our students from the University of Sunderland have just finished their 10 week placement in our pharmacy today.
They have been a great help to our team!
