Children have the opportunity to explore the equipment in their own ways, building confidence in their own physical abilities and choices. Today Toby chose to jump along the air track on 2 feet before climbing on the vaulting box 🏃

⭐What we do in Tiny Tots⭐

- Balancing develops core strength and spatial awareness
- It activates the vestibular system, which is crucial to focussing, problem-solving and even learning to read
- It develops control over their own bodies, making them more confident to take on new physical challenges.

You can set up balancing challenges for your toddler at home by building balance beams out of everyday objects, walking in a straight line along a skipping rope on the floor, playing hopping games such as hopscotch, making obstacle courses, playing 'the floor is lava' using cushions or using a scooter or balance bike!

🤸 Our child-led approach builds self-confidence and independence, allowing children to develop their physical skills in a meaningful way - with a trained preschool coach on hand to offer support and guidance.

🤸 All sessions finish with a sensory experience on our full-size trampolines.
