🔸Your journey begins with a rejuvenating beach sauna session followed by an optional invigorating sea dip, the perfect way to awaken your senses and wash away tension. We then transition into a deeply restorative indoor soundbath, where you will be cocooned in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. The sound frequencies work to harmonize your energy, calm your nervous system, and amplify the natural cleansing and renewal energies of the Full Moon evening.
