Learn the Nordic Walking technique, all the pole setups and then get walking straight away. A fun, relaxed way to get fit, meet people and enjoy our amazing coast and countryside.

Nordic Walking is a total body workout suitable for all abilities. It’s great for weight loss, total body toning, it strengthens your bones and is great for mental health.
During this 1.15 hour session, we will cover pole set up, walking technique followed by a 2.5 mile walk.

Come and join Jo on this amazing circular walk. Starting at Crowcombe Park Gate then heading to The View Point, with breathtaking views of the Quantocks and surrounding areas. We then head to Triscombe and loop back throught the drove to the car park. Weather permitting we can enjoy a lovely Styles....

Come along and join me for a lovely Saturday stomp around Watchet. We meet at the memorial ground and then head out towards the Coastguard Lookout then continue onto the beautiful Harbour. This is a lovely circular walk with a few short steep inclines. There will be opportunities for those who wish....
