Although it hasn't hugely affected work this week, I am very conscious of it. 🩹 I thought a blog about why that is might be of interest. Have a read and let me know what you have done that has been disproportionately painful. 🤕

This weekend I continued my training to become a swim judge. After hours of looking at swimmers arms and legs, I now have a greater appreciation of how hard they work! 💪

Those lats, rotator cuffs, and pretty much every muscle in their body are engaged at some point. 🙌

Swimming is a great way to get moving without impact, so if you are recovering from an injury, it might be worth digging out your goggles. Don't worry, you don't have to do 200m Butterfly! 🦋 🤣

Almost back to normal service here...

We have had a lovely summer in the Wigmore house, but with the change in weather this week, it feels like we might be gearing up for Autumn and the next phase. Have a look at my latest blog to read my thoughts on how the change is welcome.

We are in the middle of triathlon season in the Wigmore house. 🏊🏻‍♀️ 🚴🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏻‍♀️

Bowood House Triathlon was a joy and I love this picture of Flora meeting me at the finish line. 🥰 She went on to swim, bike and run around the estate in a much more professional and quicker time than her mum! 💪 (Her distances were shorter, but she would have smashed me in the swim easily!)😂 Vale Tridents Junior Triathlon Club

🐝 The bees are loving the Lavendar in our garden at the moment. 💜

Weirdly I can’t stand Lavendar fragranced things,(no Lavendar in the massage wax I use) but the smell of the live plant is much more tolerable and I love the colour and of course doing our bit to help the bees out! 🐝
