It’s World Menopause Day today - October 18th 2025 - and World Menopause Awareness Month throughout October.
The 2025 theme is ‘Lifestyle Medicine’ which highlights four key factors - nutrition, stress management, sleep & movement - that can help manage symptoms and support long-term health during menopause.
As someone who struggled/struggles with many of the symptoms of menopause I found that by focusing on these four key factors I was able to help myself physically, emotionally & spiritually especially through the therapeutic & calming benefits of Reiki which is why I then learnt this wonderful therapy to treat & help myself & others. Years later & lots of training & experience I am now a Reiki Master continuing to help myself & others 🥰🙏✨.
I also offer Menopause Massage which is a massage specifically designed for ladies going through the menopause & beyond by targeting specific areas using acupressure techniques alongside the massage 💆♀️.
