It’s World Menopause Day today - October 18th 2025 - and World Menopause Awareness Month throughout October.
The 2025 theme is ‘Lifestyle Medicine’ which highlights four key factors - nutrition, stress management, sleep & movement - that can help manage symptoms and support long-term health during menopause.
As someone who struggled/struggles with many of the symptoms of menopause I found that by focusing on these four key factors I was able to help myself physically, emotionally & spiritually especially through the therapeutic & calming benefits of Reiki which is why I then learnt this wonderful therapy to treat & help myself & others. Years later & lots of training & experience I am now a Reiki Master continuing to help myself & others 🥰🙏✨.
I also offer Menopause Massage which is a massage specifically designed for ladies going through the menopause & beyond by targeting specific areas using acupressure techniques alongside the massage 💆‍♀️.

World Mental Health Day today - Friday 10th October 2025. This Day serves as a reminder of the importance of good mental health & the need to prioritise and invest in good mental
health which we can all do by taking time for ourselves together with embracing nature when we can 🥰. This year’s Mental Health Day ‘theme’ is mental health in catastrophes and emergencies. Sadly something that many people are having to live through at the moment around our world 😔🌏.

Oh my goodness that’s a big box - what have I ordered from Neal’s Yard 😳😱🤔📦🛍️??!!! It’s going to be exciting unpacking it - the joys of getting older when you can’t remember what you’ve ordered etc etc, hopefully my customer records/orders will help me 😳😂🤞🛍️!!!

Another very successful annual MacMillan Coffee Morning organised by a friend of mine. The cakes were delicious & the Neal’s Yard raffle was generously supported together with many people starting their Christmas shopping. Such a deserving cause and one I’m so glad I can support in this way.

I wouldn’t normally mention the ‘C’ word before the end of September but this wonderful Neal’s Yard Advent Calendar is selling extremely fast since its launch a few days ago 😳😱🎄.
It’s very good value at £165 (contains many full size products worth in all £385!!!).
I have a Neal’s Yard order open at the moment so if anyone is interested in this lovely Calendar then please message me for further details or to place an order by the end of Saturday 27th September.
