My Chair Yoga classes at the beginning of the week invites you to find mobility in a way that is gentle and offers support from a chair. It's a fantastic way to practice yoga without the need to get on the floor. During the hour we warm up all through the body, adapt poses to use whilst on the chair and finish the class with some breathing practices, guided meditation and relaxation.
