Body And Lifestyle Management provides mobile 121 and small group sessions in functional training with focus on strength and conditioning, mobility, flexibility and nutritional advice with personal programmes. Bespoke pilates for improved posture and body alignment to ease back pain and to increase mobility, flexibility and 'core' control to improve daily life. Pre/post natal pilates for 'mums -to -be' and post natal conditioning with focus on pelvic floor health, 'restoring your core' and full body strength and conditioning

As an ex professional dancer who trained at London Contemporary dance school and has 20 years experience as a fitness professional, Jo Perkins has a vast knowledge of training individuals to reach their goals and support their lifestyle.

✅Fabulous start back to classes in Petersfield and Clanfield after the half term break with a few private clients too along the way

🙏Amazing commitment and hard work with a few laughs as always too

👌My clients continually push my teaching methods through their progressive ability which is exactly how it should be !

A brand new side lying series for stronger hips ,glutes and long lean leg muscles in my Pilates flow classes and 2 new tracks in Strong Nation to push our cardio health, full body and core strength 🔥
We certainly got our sweat on!

🤷‍♀️How often do you consider YOU?

🥰Probably not enough. It’s not until you make decisions to look after yourself that you realise its importance … you need your cup full to be able to juggle everything else in your personal and professional life!

This retreat will give you time away from routines, responsibilities, and constant distractions. It’s a pause button — a space to rest, reset, and see things more clearly.

The next month is nearly upon us!

What’s your why?

See the year out with me!
Time for Healthy habits , focused workouts with support and accountability!

Want to get better at your squats, press ups and core control?

Included in each session will be a set of squats , press ups and core crunch and each week we will add a few more!
Technique will be clear to help you get better too!

You will be amazed by the change in your body by the end of the month all ready for the party season 🥂BUT you need to show up!

✅Focus days:
⭐️Monday - colourful plate - fruit and veg
⭐️Tuesday - get outside! 10,000 steps
⭐️Wednesday - colourful plate- fibre rich food
⭐️Thursday - get outside 10,000 steps
⭐️Friday - colourful plate- healthy protein

✅Workouts - 20 mins
⭐️Monday - prerecorded
⭐️Wednesday - live on zoom 6.45am
⭐️Friday - live on zoom 6.45am
We will add our focus movement in and a series of stretches we will repeat each session too .
Repetition leads to progression!

✅IF you can’t join live you can access on demand

✅We made it to the end of term in Petersfield and Clanfield!
⭐️Pilates Flow and Strong nation…..
The germs started to creep in last week so I hope everyone feels better soon

➡️That was a very quick half term!
✅7 weeks of focus, progression and showing up!
❤️Very proud of my clients

We start again on Monday November 3rd👍for our last block until Christmas 🎄 (dare I say that word!)

For now a week away from some reaching to relax and recharge 🙏

‘My cup is full ‘ ❤️
That’s the best feedback anyone could ask for 🙏

This time last week Amber and I were embarking on our first residential retreat as ‘Move and Manifest’ and still today I am having moments of deep thanks to our wonderful group 🥰 and my cup is still full!

We covered so much…. Somatic movement , restorative stretch, mindset coaching and lots of delicious food but the conversations in the room were the game changers👌

⭐️Firstly , Gratitude….
Gratitude is about recognizing and appreciating what you have — the people, opportunities, lessons, and even challenges that shape you. It shifts focus from what’s missing to what’s meaningful, creating emotional balance and perspective.

⭐️And Empowerment……
Empowerment is the ability to take control of your life and decisions with confidence. It’s not just about strength — it’s about believing in your capacity to grow, adapt, and create change.

⭐️So why were both these conversations so important?
Gratitude grounds you in what’s already good, while empowerment pushes you toward what’s possible. When you’re grateful, you’re less ruled by fear or lack — making it easier to take empowered action.

A Beautiful intention 💫 — to Manifest your life is about consciously creating the reality you want, through mindset, energy, and aligned action.

So to ‘Move and Manifest’ brings the whole piece together for mind, body and soul 🙏
