This week Marula Lodge welcomed Amy with her ‘Music for Health’

Music can be an incredibly useful tool when caring for someone living with dementia. It can help to calm someone, change their mood, connect with others and even reduce the feelings of isolation often associated with dementia.

Amy’s wonderful session also involved meditation to calm the senses 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️
