Meditation classes started again for the New Year on a new day / time slot - Tuesday's @ 7pm.

We are focusing on the Lojong slogans as a basis for teaching (see comments for more details), along with 2 x practices per session (amounting to about an hour's sitting practice).

1st class per month is 7pm to 8.30pm (teaching & practice)
2nd class per month is 7pm to 7.30pm (sitting practice only)

The beauty of the monthly meditation group is the sense of community it creates amongst the women who attend.

Time and again I leave each session with my heart singing from sharing our meditation time together, as well as the openness each woman brings to the group.

Our next meet-up will be on Saturday 12 March - 10am to 12pm

Welcome to 2022 and to the intentions you may be setting for yourself (note: intentions are different to resolutions). Perhaps you want to smile more, to see the sunrise each morning (or sunset of an evening) or both! Whatever you are choosing for yourself, I hope that it boosts your joy-factor.

Our first women's meditation session of the year is coming up - Saturday 15 January - 10am to 12pm. Full details / booking can be found on the website. All welcome regardless of experience.

I’m sharing this image as it captures the essence of the meditation group and in particular the book we are currently reading: You Belong - Sebene Selassie.

Yesterday’s session reaffirmed the importance of groups where women can meet and feel seen and heard whilst strengthening and supporting ourselves through the practice of meditation.

I’ve said it many times - I can’t realistically describe this meditation group as it is so multifaceted. What I do know is that it has grown and developed into an amazing, welcoming space.

Our Story

Hello and thanks for dropping by.

I have been teaching in the Watford area for 30+ years and bring much experience and understanding to the needs of clients and how to make the learning process enjoyable.

Our current offering is:

Monthly: meditation session in which a wide variety of tools are shared, together with lively discussion and opportunities to meet with others. My background is within Tibetan Buddhism, and the classes bring a blend from many other traditions too.
